I need spare parts or accessory parts that I can not find in your shop. Can I also get these from you?

We are happy to create items that are currently not yet available in our shop to create for you, so you can order them, if we can obtain these from our suppliers. Send us an inquiry via our contact form.

I got a package, but not all of the ordered items were in it. Where's the rest?

Due to the fact that some items are shipped directly from our suppliers, orders may be split into multiple packages, which may result in part of the order arriving sooner and part less than 1-2 business days later.

Where can I find the returns note if I want to send something back?
