Orders on Nauticstore24 are shipped within Austria and Germany from an order value of € 170, - completely free of charge (with the exception of items that must be shipped by forwarding agent). For all orders below an order value of € 170, - fall to Austria € 7,10 and Germany € 9,10 € shipping costs (with the exception of items that must be shipped by truckage company).
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery from the warehouse to your specified delivery address. The risk passes to the purchaser as soon as the delivery is handed over to the customer by the delivering parcel or postal service.

Please note that in some areas (eg islands) there is a limited weight. If a commodity exceeds its weight, it may be that the parcel must either be diverted to an address on the mainland from which you pick it up, or the parcel will be returned to us.
How long does the delivery take?
Orders within Austria are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after they have been sent away from our warehouse or that of our suppliers. Shipments to Germany are usually delivered within 2-3 working days after they have been sent away from our warehouse or that of our suppliers. Shipments that go to the rest of Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 working days after they have been sent away from our warehouse or that of our suppliers.
Orders leave our warehouse daily at approximately 12:00; i.e. Orders after noon can only be shipped the next day.
Occasionally it may come to a longer delivery time than specified, especially if certain items are sent directly by a supplier from us.

How can I track my package?
Via Tracking Service you can track the current shipping status of your order. With the tracking number, which you receive from us after sending the order via e-mail, you can track your order. This keeps you up to date on where your parcel is currently.
What to do if the package has disappeared?
If your package has not arrived after 1 week and has not been delivered to your neighbor, then you should contact us. We will then check the whereabouts of your package and, if necessary, issue a search request. We will inform you immediately if the package has to be sent a second time in the specific case.
